John has worked for the State of Arizona since 1994 after completing a 21 year career with the US Air Force. After leaving the Air Force John became the Fleet Manager for Arizona State University.

   In 1997 John joined ADOT's Equipment Services as the Central Region Equipment Manager. Since that time, John has been a Maintenance Operations Manager, Physical Plant Administrator and Director of the Administrative Services Division.

   John is currently serving as the Deputy Director for Business Operations overseeing the Administrative Services Division, Arizona Highways Magazine, Budget, Planning & Research, Financial Management Services, Human Resources and Performance Measures.
