The proposed work is located in Yavapai County along Interstate 17 at milepost 252, approximately 10 miles south of Cordes Junction. The proposed work consists of drilling and equipping a water well system, installing new utility lines from the new well site to the existing pump house and storage tank, treating the potable drinking system at the existing residence and at the restroom building, rehabilitating the existing five ramada roofs located south of the existing restroom building, and other related work.
