MISSION STATEMENT As employees of the Holbrook District, we are committed to quality in building and maintaining our highways as a model for the transportation industry. Our work is guided by continuous improvements in productivity, communication, public relations and professionalism. Above all, safety is a priority.

 

 

 

 

Holbrook District functions as part of the Intermodal Transportation Division within the Operations Group. This District has 108 full-time employees, of which 80% work in the maintenance operations, approximately 15% work in construction contract administration, and 5% are administration employees. The district employees have led the way for the rest of the department in terms of demonstrating the advantages of diversity in the work force.

The full-time employees are supplemented by seasonal employees and engineering interns during summer months and peak construction seasons in maintenance and construction. The seasonal and intern program has had as many as 30 people involved throughout the district.
