six Action Teams, which include:
Communications
This team focuses on promoting timely and direct
communication by sharing knowledge resulting from
experiences, technical expertises, and guidance.
This Web site is one example of the Communication
Team disseminating information to ESLT members.

Core Duties
This team defines clear roles by the five Groups
within OES and the DEC's. This team also establishes
core elements of duties and responsibilities for
the DEC's.

Maintenance Clearances
The team provides processes for obtaining environmental
clearances and technical assistance for maintenance
projects that provide statewide consistency, accountable
process tracking, and accessible filing and archiving
of work products. The team also defines environmental
requirements for ADOPT maintenance crews conducting
"emergency operations."
