PPMS Customer Survey

The Program & Project Management Section provides several services and reports in order to support ADOT's Five Year Program and your projects. We recognize that your needs are constantly changing, so the purpose of this survey is for us to determine three things:

1. What can we do better to serve your needs?
2. Are the services and reports that we provide useful and adequate in the quality of information provided?
3. How effective and useful are the services and reports when making your daily decisions?

Your responses will help PPMS in developing a measurement which will assist us in identifying areas for improvement.
