The Arizona Department of Transportation will construct a northbound acceleration lane on State Route 89A that will help vehicles coming out of Sedona Shadows merge into traffic. The project is located at milepost 367, which is about three miles south of the roadway improvements and lighting project in Sedona.

Project Schedule

• Construction is anticipated to begin in mid-December 2011 and is scheduled to be complete by June 2012.
