**The project is a statewide pipe culvert rehabilitation project on Interstates I-8, I-10, and I-19, State Routes 70, 77, 79, 82, 85, 86, 87, 260, 286, 386, and 387. The proposed work consists of rehabilitating pipe culverts using high density polyethylene slip lining. Work to be performed includes installation of pipe liners; bulkhead construction; grouting the resulting space between the two pipes and other related work.
