The mission of the Civil Rights Office (CRO) is to ensure nondiscrimination and promote affirmative action in all of ADOT's programs, services, and activities. We strive to be regarded as a safe place to go for help.
The CRO works to ensure compliance with Federal and State Laws governing affirmative action, equal opportunity, and accessibility. The office accomplishes this through training, investigation of complaints, and individual counseling. Additionally, the CRO ensures that Federal requirements are met regarding the Disadvantaged Business, Contract Compliance Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and Title VI programs.
All staff can be reached at the telephone numbers shown.
Overhead Policy: It is ADOT Civil Rights' policy that for Facilities and Administrative costs (indirect/overhead), charged for training and instructional services from outside parties, be no more than 8.5%.
