The Environmental Servant Leadership Team (ESLT) includes the District Environmental Coordinators (DEC’s) and the Office of Environmental Services (OES) Core team, which is comprised of Group managers in OES, District sponsors, EPG planners, and the OES Director. The ESLT meets with a facilitator as an ADOT partnering group.

The mission of the ESLT is to provide "One Voice for environmental leadership and stewardship for ADOT and its stakeholders." The ESLT vision is "To be the standard of environmental excellence in the transportation industry."

These Web pages will chart the progress the ESLT makes bringing the environmental issues to the forefront throughout ADOT, and show how they are resolved in the different regions and locations.
