Arizona International Development Authority

The Arizona International Development Authority (AIDA) is a corporate body and a political subdivision of the state of Arizona. The authority's governing board consists of seven members who are appointed by the governor of Arizona. AIDA engages in lawful activities to facilitate the development of international trade or commerce between Arizona and other countries as set forth in ARS 41-4504.
