On-the-Job Training Program

OJT Contract Compliance

Contractors working on federal-aid construction projects over 120 days and more than $2 million are required to provide On-the-Job Training (OJT) for a specified number of women and minority trainees. The Business Engagement and Compliance Office assesses OJT training hour goals on these contracts and monitor them to ensure that trainees receive the required number of training hours.
