Roadway Design and Standards

Roadway Design consists of four design teams and a standards team that provide design services and roadway design standards for the state of Arizona. The design teams are committed to providing the highest-quality engineering plans and review based on the five-year construction program. The design standards team develops, maintains and provides technical support for the Roadway Design Guidelines, Policies, Standards and Procedures; Construction Standard Drawings (C-Stds); Design Detail Drawings; and all CADD-related configurations, standards, guidelines and training.

The group that produced these maps was dissolved in 1995, and they are no longer being updated by ADOT personnel. Be aware that some of the routes have been redesignated to different route numbers and are not shown on these maps.
