Stormwater Permit Application

The ADOT Statewide Stormwater Application Permit Application reflects the current Arizona stormwater regulatory structure and covers various activities and locations for which there was no existing, appropriate permit application. ADOT submitted the application in March 2005 and received a completeness letter from ADEQ in July 2005.
