The Arizona Department of Transportation will be installing a Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) to help pedestrians cross State Route 95 at 5th Street in Bullhead City. 
What to expect:
- Construction is expected to begin in late November and be completed in early summer 2013.
- Southbound and northbound lanes on SR 95 near 5th Street will be reduced to one lane in both directions.

A Pedestrian Hybrid Beacon (PHB) is a special type of device used to alert drivers and control traffic at a location without a traffic signal to assist pedestrians to cross a street or highway.
