State Route 287 (Florence Boulevard) improvement project wraps up by mid-December

Florence Boulevard narrowed overnight throughout the work zone

Crews are scheduled to work on the finishing touches of the improvement project along State Route 287 (Florence Boulevard) in Casa Grande. Over the course of the next two weeks work will be finalized throughout the work zone. While work is underway, drivers should be aware of the following restrictions:

• Eastbound State Route 287 (Florence Boulevard) narrowed to one lane between State Route 387 (Pinal Avenue) and Interstate 10 from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m. nightly beginning on Monday (Dec. 3) through Friday (Dec. 7) and then again Monday (Dec. 10) through Friday (Dec. 14).
• Westbound State Route 287 (Florence Boulevard) narrowed to one lane between Interstate 10 and State Route 387 (Pinal Avenue) from 8 p.m. to 10 a.m. nightly beginning on Monday (Dec. 3) through Friday (Dec. 7) and then again Monday (Dec. 10) through Friday (Dec. 14).

When work is completed, the City of Casa Grande will take control of Florence Boulevard.
