The R/W Acquisition Section is responsible for acquiring property rights needed for construction and improvement of state highways throughout Arizona. This Section also provides relocation assistance to eligible individuals and businesses displaced as a result of the State’s acquisition. In addition to the headquarters office located in Phoenix, there are field offices located in Flagstaff and Kingman.
