Southbound Rita Road closed at Interstate 10 in Tucson

Closure expected to last two weeks for bridge repairs

PHOENIX – The Arizona Department of Transportation has closed southbound Rita Road at Interstate 10 in Tucson to repair a bridge that was damaged by an oversized load.

A two-week closure is expected. Northbound Rita Road and all interchange ramps will remain open to traffic.

Traffic heading southbound on Rita Road to eastbound I-10 should take westbound I-10, exit at Kolb Road, then take I-10 eastbound.
