Stored specifications are issued monthly. When necessary, the Department may issue stored specifications that do not meet the monthly schedule.
The stored specification files are saved in MS Word. The self-extracting zip file contains the stored specifications, PDF files showing change bars for the stored specifications updated with the latest issue of stored specifications and a spreadsheet summarizing the changes made and use instructions.

Pay items are issued monthly to reflect the most recent updates and changes to the pay item list. The pay item list is saved as a PDF document.
