ADOT Business Development Program — This multi-tiered Business Development program is designed to provide certified Disadvantaged Enterprise (DBE) firms with general and firm-specific training and technical assistance to help them become more competitive within the heavy highway construction industry. Arizona Small Business Development Center Network —The AZSBDC Network is the largest and most accessible source of local assistance for small businesses in Arizona, serving small business owners from locations across the state. Together, we represent an innovative, highly productive partnership between ten community college districts and the U. S. Small Business Administration. Office of Small and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU) — The OSDBU is a section of the U.S. Department of Transportation devoted to ensuring that small businesses and DBEs have the maximum opportunity to participate in the USDOT contracting processes. This means they provide various types of assistance and help small businesses develop the industry relationships necessary to compete for USDOT funded contracts.
