Implementation of the revised form FHWA 1273

The update for the FHWA Form 1273 titled "Required Contract Provisions Federal-Aid Construction Contracts", dated October 23, 2023, will be included in all federal-aid construction projects with a bid opening dated on or after October 13, 2023.
