Electronic Data Services

Electronic Data Services offers a single electronic portal for authorized government agencies and commercial companies to access current state of Arizona Title and Registration and Driver License Motor Vehicle Records (MVRs) online via interactive access or batch file processing.

Entities using this service have online access to the Motor Vehicle Record Request System (MVRRS) as well as access to mainframes. Government agencies or commercial customers seeking information on how to access MVRRS, please send a business email to eds@azdot.gov.

Prospective customers can also write a letter on their business letterhead to request information on how to access MVRRS and mail it to this address:

Pursuant to Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and other nondiscrimination laws and authorities, ADOT does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national origin, sex, age, or disability. Persons that require a reasonable accommodation based on language or disability should contact ADOT’s Civil Rights Office at civilrightsoffice@azdot.gov. Requests should be made as early as possible to ensure the State has an opportunity to address the accommodation.
