Fuel Tax Information

SETUP Arizona

Register to Access Your Account
Once you’ve established your user profile, logon to the Secure Access Gateway and click “Register”.

From the Internet Applications drop-down menu, select SETUP Arizona State Excise Tax user Portal (ADOT-SETUP) and click Submit.

If you already have a license, select Existing Business and fill out the fields below, then Submit.

If you do not currently have a fuel tax license with the State of Arizona, select New Business and fill out the FEIN and Name fields, then Submit.

You will be logged out; close/reopen your browser and logon to the Secure Access Gateway again; this time you will click on ADOT-SETUP under Applications to gain access to your account.
