Manufacturer/Distributor Licensing

We will process your application for an Arizona Motor Vehicle Manufacturer/Distributor License in accordance with the time frames stipulated in Arizona Administrative Code R17-1-102B. You can assist us by ensuring that you submit a complete application, including all required support documents and fees.

We recommend that you review Arizona law governing motor vehicle dealers at azleg.gov, Title 28, Chapter 10.

After successful review and completion of the application packet, you will receive your license certificate by email. If manufacture test plates were pre-ordered, they will be sent out by US Mail to the mailing address listed on the application on the following day.
