  Driver(s) criminal background (A.R.S. § 28-9507(A)) Document is required Icon
  Drug and Alcohol Zero Tolerance Policy Enforcement (A.R.S. § 28-9507(C), (D), (E)) Document is required Icon
  Vehicle safety maintenance and emissions records (A.R.S. § 28-9507(B)). Document is required Icon
Inspections are conducted at random or scheduled by the MVD Compliance Team.
