Stockton Hill Road: Fountain Hills Road to Cedar Canyon Drive Safety Improvement Project

Overview

The Arizona Department of Transportation has completed a 15-mile safety improvement project on Stockton Hill Road, between Fountain Hills Road and Cedar Canyon Drive, on Mohave County Route 20 north of Kingman.
  
The $500,000 project included the installation of centerline and edgeline rumble strips (a safety measure designed to help minimize accidents), an asphalt seal coat over the new rumble strips, new pavement markings and LED-enhanced speed radar signs.

Project Schedule 

Two LED-enhanced speed radar signs are scheduled to be installed in the summer of 2022. More information will be posted on this project web page prior to the work starting.

Schedule subject to change based on weather or other unforeseen factors.
