Key elements of the project include removing and replacing the driving surface on the travel lanes. Spot repairs will also be completed in certain locations. Work will be limited to the driving lanes; no work will be completed on the shoulders or ramps.

Traffic Restrictions

Construction is scheduled to take about three months. All work is scheduled to occur overnights between 9 p.m. and 5 a.m. Sunday nights through Friday mornings.

Motorists should expect lane reductions, but at least one lane will always be open in each direction within the work zone. Intermittent ramp closures are possible when crews are paving near ramps.

All lanes will be open to traffic outside of work hours.
