Interstate 10: Bridge Repair Project in Tucson

Overview

The Arizona Department of Transportation is completing a project to repair several bridges on Interstate 10 on the south side of Tucson.

Repairs will be made to bridges at the following locations:

  • Ajo Way and Kino Parkway
  • Country Club Road
  • Irvington and Palo Verde roads

Work is expected to begin in March 2020 and take about two months.

During the project, intermittent lane restrictions and ramp closures are expected. Restrictions on I-10 and cross streets will be limited to overnight hours. Some ramps may be closed for about a week.

Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction personnel and equipment.
