Plan for overnight lane restrictions on SR 95 near Parker beginning Sept. 18

Drivers should expect delays and allow extra travel time

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan ahead for lane restrictions on State Route 95 near Parker beginning at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 18.

The following restrictions are scheduled to occur nightly from 6 p.m. to 6 a.m. beginning Sunday night, Sept. 18, and ending Friday morning, Sept 23.

  • SR 95 will be narrowed to one lane only with alternating north- and southbound travel between Buckskin Mountain State Park and near Planet Ranch Road (mileposts 155-161).
  • Flaggers and a pilot car will direct motorists through the work zone.
  • A 12-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place. 
  • The speed limit will be reduced to 25 mph. 
  • The restrictions will be made in 3-mile increments.
