Plan for lane restrictions on SR 95 in Parker beginning Sept. 26

Drivers should expect delays and allow extra travel time

The Arizona Department of Transportation advises drivers to plan ahead for lane restrictions on State Route 95 in Parker beginning at 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 26.

The following restrictions are scheduled to occur from 6 a.m. to 6 p.m. beginning Monday, Sept. 26, and ending Thursday, Dec. 15:

  • SR 95 will be narrowed to one lane only with alternating north- and southbound travel between the California/Arizona state line (milepost 144) and Riverside Drive (milepost 143).
  • Flaggers will direct motorists through the work zone.
  • A 12-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place.
  • The speed limit will be reduced to 25 mph.
  • The restrictions will be in 3-mile increments.
