PHOENIX – The southbound lanes of Interstate 19 are closed in Nogales.
The closure is due to a crash south of State Route 189 at kilometer 4.
Motorists are advised to expect delays and seek an alternate route.
There is no estimated time to reopen the southbound lanes. The northbound lanes are unaffected.
