Drivers should expect delays and allow extra travel time
The Arizona Department of Transportation, in coordination with the City of San Luis, advises motorists to plan ahead for lane restrictions, reduced speed limit and a vehicle width restriction on US 95 in San Luis.
The following lane restrictions will occur 24 hours a day, seven days a week beginning 6 a.m. Monday, Sept. 28, and continuing through late December 2026.
- The north- and southbound travel lanes on US 95 between County 21st and County 22nd streets will be reduced to one lane in each direction.
- The speed limit will be reduced to 35 mph.
- A 12-foot vehicle width restriction will be in place.
Drivers should proceed through the work zone with caution, slow down and watch for construction and law enforcement personnel and equipment.
