Class C permit applications must be submitted online using the ADOT ePRO System.

CDL Written Testing: M-F 8 a.m. to 3 p.m. on a walk-in basis.

CDL Skills Testing: M-F by appointment only.

Oversize/Overweight permit applications are accepted at this location.
No Driver License or Title & Registration is offered at this location.
