Vehicle Registration
Renewing online is the fastest, most convenient and secure way to renew your vehicle registration. Note: You do not need a renewal notice to renew your registration online. Some registrations are due on the last day of the month, others are due on the 15th of the month. Check your renewal notice or current registration to see which due date applies to your vehicle. Most vehicles may be registered for one, two or five years at a time. Permanent registration will be issued for some trailers.

Personalized/Specialty Plates Order Online Now Select and order personalized and specialty plates online on AZ MVD Now. If your selection requires additional documentation and you are unable to order online you may fill out a special plate application. Please allow up to six weeks for processing.

MVD’s Keys to Change station aids over 8,300 people in first year
The Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division and the Homeless ID Project has helped more than 8,300 people get state-issued IDs in its first year at the Keys To Change campus near downtown Phoenix. Getting a state-issued ID is essential for obtaining housing, services and employment.
