$25 initial application fee/ $10 annual renewal. Vehicle must be on the list of classic cars filed with the Motor Vehicle Division by the Classic Car Club of America. Special Plate Application (form #96-0143) is required. May require a vehicle inspection. May be personalized with a maximum of 3 characters.
