Application Process - Taxi, Livery and Limousines
Notice
Taxi, Livery, Limousine and Transportation network companies (i.e. Uber or Lyft) must obtain a Vehicle for Hire permit; individual drivers for those companies do not need a permit.
STEP 1: |
License your business or trade name with Arizona Corporation Commission or Arizona Secretary of State |
STEP 2: |
Submit a new application via DocuSign. |
STEP 3: |
Log on to your ServiceArizona Secure Access Gateway account and print your permit. |
Failure to comply Civil penalties (A.R.S. § 28-9525) A person who violates this chapter, any rule of the department or any permit requirement is subject to a civil penalty imposed by the director.
