Replace Your Driver License/Identification Card

Replacement Driver License/ID Available Online

If your driver license or identification card is lost, stolen or damaged, you may replace it online at AZMVDNow.gov. The cost is $12.

If you would like to update your photo with your replacement, visit an MVD or Third Party Driver License office.

Note: Switching from a Non-Travel to a Travel Driver License or Identification Card requires a new application. Visit AZMVDNow.gov to see if you qualify to apply online.
