STEP 1:

 License your business or trade name with Arizona Corporation Commission or Arizona Secretary of State

STEP 2:

 Submit application via DocuSign.

STEP 3:

 Receive activation email for your ServiceArizona Secure Access Gateway account. Further details on the process are in the Vehicle for Hire User Guide, under initial logon.

STEP 4:

Pay a non-refundable fee of $1,000.00 that must be paid by credit card via your Secure Access Gateway Account.

Failure to comply Civil penalties (A.R.S. § 28-9525) A person who violates this chapter, any rule of the department or any permit requirement is subject to a civil penalty imposed by the director.
