Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV) and Boating Registration

Off-Highway Vehicles (OHV) and Boating Registration

NOTICE: Beginning January 1, 2025, you must pass the Required for OHV Decal: Safe & Ethical Riding in Arizona Off Highway Vehicle safety education course before you register your OHV.

The free course, created by the Arizona Game and Fish Department, is now available on AZMVDNow.gov for owners who would like to take it early. At least one (1) owner, or representative of an organization, must complete the course; the course only needs to be completed one time regardless of the number of OHVs owned.

Off-Highway Vehicle Decal Initial Registration

OHV decals are valid for one year from date of purchase. Before visiting an MVD or Authorized Third Party office, please complete the Off-Highway Vehicle Decal Application. The initial decal may be purchased at the same time your OHV is titled and registered. The fee for the decal is $25 per year.
