Highway Operations Technician Recruitment

The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) is actively seeking qualified, hard-working and enthusiastic candidates to join our team of Highway Operations Technicians in our Maintenance Departments around the state. Our Technicians maintain an expanding statewide road system with more than 27,000 lane miles that include travel lanes, ramps, passing lanes, paved shoulders, and unpaved roads. The Maintenance Departments are a proud member of the Infrastructure Delivery and Operations Division (IDO) at ADOT.

The Technicians provide and preserve a safe and efficient transportation system for the traveling public. We set the example in being courteous, considerate and prompt in serving our public road users.
