Customer Service Representatives

The Arizona Department of Transportation Motor Vehicle Division (ADOT MVD) is seeking people with outstanding customer service skills and a desire to work with the public to join our team as customer service representatives. ADOT MVD issues driver licenses, identification cards and vehicle registrations, among other things. ADOT MVD strives to make these transactions as quick, simple and secure as possible, fulfilling its vision of getting Arizona motorists out of the line and safely on the road.

 

 

ADOT MVD employs customer service representatives who work in call centers and assist the public with driver and motor vehicle related questions.

Qualified Candidates

A qualified candidate for a call center customer service representative must be able to communicate respectfully and effectively with proper phone etiquette, while handling a high volume of calls. A candidate will need computer operation skills and the ability to learn new computer processes.
