An improvement project to overhaul the Loop 101/I-10 interchange system in the West Valley is underway. The project, located near State Farm Stadium, will add new HOV flyover ramps to help enhance traffic capacity in the area, among other improvements. Resident engineer Cliff Oltman joins On the Road with ADOT, talking to host Doug Nintzel about how the project is progressing so far and what impacts to traffic conditions drivers can expect as work continues over the next several years.
