AZ UTRACS Registration

The AZ UTRACS registration is a business registration that is required for all firms who wish to work on federally funded transportation projects in Arizona. This registration is required for Prime Contractors, Prime Consultants, Subcontractors, Subconsultants, Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (DBEs), and Small Business Concerns (SBCs).

This registration satisfies a federal requirement (49 CFR Part 26.11(c)) for ADOT to maintain a bidder’s list for federally funded contracts. This, in turn, helps ADOT calculate its overall triennial DBE goal for FHWA, FTA and FAA funded contracts, as well as calculate individual contract goals for FHWA funded contracts.

Creating an AZ UTRACS registration is a quick and easy process. The registration is valid for three years, at no cost to your firm, to advertise your firm to the business community.  By completing the registration, your firm will be added to the AZ UTRACS Firm (DBE) Directory.
