Reporting compliance with DBE program requirements in DOORS

Contractors, subcontractors, consultants and subconsultants of all tiers are required to regularly log in to the ADOT DBE and OJT Online Reporting System (DOORS), formerly known as the ADOT DBE system, to report compliance with DBE program requirements. This includes reporting prompt payment to all lower tier (DBE and Non-DBE) firms performing work on ADOT administered contracts, and lower tier firms confirming receipt of prompt payment. Certified Payroll Reporting on FHWA ADOT Construction Contracts

Contractors and subcontractors of all tiers performing work on FHWA funded ADOT construction contracts are required to regularly log into ADOT's certified payroll reporting system known as LCPTracker to conduct certified payroll reporting to ensure compliance with prevailing wage and Davis Bacon requirements. To learn more about labor compliance requirements and submitting Certified Payrolls, please follow up with ADOT's Field Reports Labor Compliance Department.

 

Reporting compliance with DBE program requirements on LPA/Subrecipient contracts in the LPA DBE System

Contractors, subcontractors, consultants and subconsultants of all tiers are required to regularly log in to the LPA DBE System, to report compliance with DBE program requirements.This includes reporting prompt payment to all lower tier (DBE and Non-DBE) firms performing work on Local Public Agency (LPA) or subrecipient administered contracts, and lower tier firms confirming receipt of prompt payment.
