Eastbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) off-ramp at McQueen Road long-term closure begins June 12 

The eastbound Loop 202 off-ramp at McQueen Road will close at 11:30 p.m. Thursday, June 12, for approximately 60 days for ramp reconstruction.

• DETOUR: Drivers may consider using the eastbound off-ramps at Cooper Road or Arizona Avenue.
   

Westbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) on-ramp at Val Vista Drive now open

The Arizona Department of Transportation reopened the westbound Loop 202 on-ramp at Val Vista Drive in Gilbert on May 28, following a weeks-long closure for reconstruction as part of the ongoing Santan Freeway widening project between Loop 101 and Val Vista Drive.

ADOT thanks drivers for their patience while this improvement work took place.

LONG-TERM RAMP CLOSURES (Approximately 60 days):

Eastbound Loop 202 on-ramp at Arizona Avenue closed beginning 11:30 p.m. Wednesday, May 28, for approximately 60 days for ramp reconstruction.

• DETOUR: Drivers may consider using the eastbound on-ramps at Alma School or McQueen roads. 

Westbound Loop 202 on-ramp at McQueen Road closed beginning 11:30 p.m. Sunday, May 11, for approximately 60 days for ramp reconstruction.

• DETOUR: Drivers may consider using the westbound on-ramps at Cooper Road or Arizona Avenue. 

Eastbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) on-ramp at Price Road closed beginning 11:30 p.m. Friday, April 25, for approximately 60 days for ramp reconstruction.

• DETOUR: Drivers may consider using the eastbound Loop 202 on-ramps at Dobson or Alma School roads.

Eastbound Loop 202 (Santan Freeway) on-ramp at Gilbert Road closed beginning 11:30 p.m. Friday, April 11, for approximately 60 days for ramp reconstruction.

• DETOUR: Drivers may consider using the eastbound on-ramps at Cooper or Lindsay roads.
