The 2026 ADOT Safety Message Contest has begun!

We want to see your engaging messages about traffic safety.

Enter as many times as you’d like via this form through July 29th, 2026.

Here’s how the contest works: Submit your traffic safety messages below. We’ll review all the entries and select about 10 finalists for the public to vote on. The two messages with the most votes will be crowned the winners and displayed on ADOT’s Dynamic Message Signs.

Need some help crafting a message? Keep these tips in mind:

• The message must relate to traffic safety.
• Signs accommodate 3 lines, 18 characters per line.
• #Hashtags, phone numbers and website addresses are not allowed.
• No emojis.
