Information about Executive Order 2026-03

Effective Oct. 16, 2026, qualifying commercial vehicle loads in Governor Hobbs’ Executive Order 2026-03 for the transportation of agriculture products can apply for an overweight permit. Applications can be submitted to the permit office for review and processing. Hours of operations for ports of entry can be found on the Port of Entry Locations webpage.
