ADOT Materials Sample Checklists

ADOT Materials Sample Checklists are listed first by project award year, and then by TRACS number.

Choose the project year and click on the "+" symbol to expand your choice then click on the corresponding TRACS number to open the Sample Checklist in Google Sheets. Once open, you may choose to download the file to Excel from the "File" menu at the top of the document.

You must have a State of Arizona government email address to access or view this content. Do not save your files in the same location in Google Drive where these files are located. Any files saved in the QA folder for the sample checklists will be deleted.
