Driver License Services (Authorized Third Party)
Driver License Services (Authorized Third Party)
Laws 2013, Chapter 129 (HB2183) allows for Authorized Third Party providers (ATP) to perform road and written tests and driver license transactions under the newly created subcategory of ATP Driver License Providers. The bill also changes most of the licensed professional driver training schools into contracted entities under the ATP program as ATP Driver License Training Providers. In addition, statutes regulating Traffic Survival Schools are moved into Arizona Revised Statutes, Title 28 with some licensing changes included.
