The 5-mile unpaved section of State Route 88 (Apache Trail) from Fish Creek Vista (milepost 222) to milepost 227 near Reavis Trailhead Road has reopened.

The Arizona Department of Transportation is performing a bridge repair project on State Route 80 in St. David, spanning the San Pedro River. The work will consist of removing the existing San Pedro River Bridge and replacing it with a continuous three span welded steel plate girder bridge. Additional work includes replacing guardrail and pavement markings.

The Arizona Department of Transportation, in cooperation with the town of Florence and Maricopa Association of Governments (MAG), has completed a project to reconstruct the intersection of State Route 287 and SR 79B with dual roundabouts.

The Arizona Department of Transportation is completing a project to replace the State Route 79 Gila River bridge in Florence. Construction began in Feb. 2022 and completion is expected in Summer 2023.

The Arizona Department of Transportation is working to improve the area of State Route 77: Junction I-10 to Calle Concordia. The project is a combination of three projects. The project will span between the Junction of Interstate 10 and Miracle Mile to River Road on SR 77 (Oracle Road), and from River Road to Calle Concordia Road on SR 77 (Oracle Road) in the Town of Oro Valley.

The Arizona Department of Transportation and the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) are working to improve safety and traffic flow on I-10 between the Ina Road and Ruthrauff Road interchanges in Tucson.
