The Arizona Department of Transportation (ADOT) advertised the I-10, SR 85 to Citrus Road to SR 85 and Jackrabbit Trail TI project on November 21, 2025, through the Alternative Delivery Division as Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) project. An Industry Forum will be hosted for interested contractors on December 3, 2025, at 2:00 pm located at the ADOT Building, at 206 S. 17th Avenue in the auditorium.
